Working out how much food and the quantities you need to eat is key to maintining a healthy lean body. I have had a yo yo relationship with being overweight since i was 17 and not until the last few years have i grown to understand portions sizes and what comprises a healthy diet. For some people this comes naturally but for me it didnt. Here you will find useful tips that i use to balance my diet and make sure it gets what it needs.
